About these terms
These terms are between you and Innovara Sol Limited, the company that provides Teachvara. Teachvara is exclusively licensed to Innovara Sol Limited by its author, who keeps ownership of it. Innovara Sol Limited sells, licenses and runs it. By creating an account or using Teachvara, you agree to these terms. If you use Teachvara for an organisation, you agree for that organisation and confirm you may do so.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Plans and payment
- Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay.
- Card payments are taken by Stripe on an account in the name of Innovara Sol Limited. Organisations can also pay by invoice, with 30 days to pay.
- Paid plans renew at the end of each period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account; the plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for.
- When a free trial ends without a paid plan, the account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
- If you think you have been charged in error, email [email protected].
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Your content and data
What you and your organisation put into Teachvara stays yours. We use it only to provide the service. For organisation hubs, the organisation is the controller and we are its processor under our data processing agreement. Our privacy notice explains the rest.
When an account or hub closes, you can download your data first. We delete it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Using Teachvara fairly
Do not use Teachvara to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to send unwanted bulk messages, to upload anything you have no right to share, or to try to get into accounts or data that are not yours or to disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
The service
We work to keep Teachvara available, secure and backed up, and we plan maintenance for quiet times where we can. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features to improve the service; if a change takes away something important on a paid plan, we tell you first.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for anything outside our reasonable control. For organisations, our total responsibility under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending
You can stop using Teachvara and close your account at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or straight away if they are seriously broken.
Changes to these terms
We will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email of changes that matter. The date at the top shows the current version.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts decide any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use your local courts.
